Key Responsibilities:
Develop production element sheets with costs, timelines, and schedules.
Create and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses stay within limits.
Negotiate with vendors to secure cost-effective services and materials.
Oversee logistics: venue selection, equipment rentals, transportation, etc.
Coordinate with teams (catering, décor, AV) for seamless execution.
Supervise technical aspects (sound, lighting, AV requirements).
Ensure smooth technical setup and operation during events.
Identify risks and create contingency plans.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Ensure client satisfaction and high-quality service delivery.
Conduct post-event debriefs with the team and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
3+ years of experience in event operations or similar roles.
